1. What is Graphene Ceramic Coating?

Graphene ceramic coating is a relatively new type of paint protection coating that have been gaining popularity in recent years. These coatings are made by combining graphene, which is a form of carbon that is extremely strong and lightweight, with ceramic particles. The result is a coating that is incredibly hard and durable, as well as highly resistant to scratches, chemical damage, and UV rays.

2. Benefits of Motorglaze Graphene Ceramic Coating.

One of the key benefits of Motorglaze graphene ceramic coatings is their exceptional hardness. These coatings can have a hardness rating of 10H, which is significantly harder than the typical hardness rating of a car’s clear coat (which is usually around 2-4H). This means that a car coated with a graphene ceramic coating will be much more resistant to scratches and other types of damage.

In addition to their hardness, Motorglaze graphene ceramic coatings also have excellent adhesion to automobile paint. This is because the ceramic particles in the coating form a strong bond with the paint, creating a durable and long-lasting protective layer. This also means that the coating will not easily peel or flake off over time. We at Motorglaze provide a warranty of 7 Years for Motorglaze Graphene Ceramic Coating with annual maintenance and checkups.

3. Procedure for Application

When we receive a car for servicing with Graphene Ceramic Coating we take the car and follow simple steps before the final application of the Motorglaze Graphene Ceramic Coating is started. The steps are listed below:

  1. The car is taken for a wash with the Motorglaze Car Bathe 8.1 which is a super concentrated PH neutral and highly slick formula that ensures uniform coverage and glides on the Paint surfaces. The special formula accelerates deep cleaning and anti-scaling which does not need too much scrubbing and saves time.
  2. After the wash is completed the car is brought for Paint Correction. Paint correction is a process that involves removing imperfections on the surface of a car’s paint, such as swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation, to restore its original shine and clarity. It is an important step before applying a ceramic coating to ensure that the coating adheres properly and provides the best possible finish.
  3. After paint correction is completed the entire car is cleaned for the application using Motorglaze Paint Refiner – is a technically advanced formula, it not only accelerates cleaning the grease, grime, oily substance, residue of paste, or old wax but also helps in solving them.
  4. After having the car ready for Motorglaze Graphene Ceramic coating we apply the Graphene Base coat which is ceramic coating infused with Graphene having 10H hardness. This is applied carefully over the car surface using a pad and it is having high adhesive property to stick over the paint surface. Once, the base coat is applied we move onto the next step Motorglaze Graphene Top Coat.
  5. Motorglaze Top coat is a protective layer provided by Motorglaze to cover and absorbs the hydrides and acts an additional layer for hydrophobicity. This further increases the durability and provides additional support for the underlying Motorglaze base coat.

4. Summary of what is Motorglaze Graphene Ceramic Coating.

When it comes to impact on paint protection, Motorglaze graphene ceramic coatings are highly effective at protecting a car’s paint from a variety of sources of damage. They are resistant to chemical damage from things like bird droppings, tree sap, and other types of environmental contaminants. They also provide a high level of UV protection, which can prevent fading and other types of damage caused by exposure to the sun.

Overall, graphene ceramic coatings offer an excellent combination of hardness, adhesion, and paint protection that make them an ideal choice for anyone looking to protect their car’s paint. They are a relatively affordable option compared to other types of paint protection coatings, and they can provide long-lasting protection for years to come.
